You can do reservations by email, fax or by post. We confirm as soon as possible by post. After confirmation you have to do an advance payment of 30% , the rest can be payed 1 month bevor arrival. Then we send your voucher and description how to find the house.

If you have to cancel the reservationere are the following costs:
until 90 days before arrival 10%
89.- 50. day before arrival 50%
49. day until arrival 90%
we recommend to do an corresponding insurance to get in every travel-agency

You are not allowed to stay in a house with more persons than beds are available.
If you have any problems, we beg you to call our office in Tempio or our office in Germany. We will do everything to cure a problem as soon as possible.
Please leave your house not in a dirty condition, clean kitchen ware and don`t let your rubbish in the house.

You can move into your house at h 15.00, to leave until h 11.00
For your contract with us is to use german right.
